After aging out of the foster system, 20-year-old Vera lives on the streets with her group of friends and works part-time painting houses, offices, and more. The group—each of them also former foster kids—has formed a tight-knit brotherhood built on a shared promise: to always stay together, take care of one another, and share everything.

But when a successful music producer discovers that Vera is a piano prodigy, she’s forced to face a difficult decision: stay true to the oath she made to her chosen family, or chase an old dream she thought was long out of reach.
