Chloe is not in the mood. No one likes working on the holidays—especially not in an empty building on Christmas. In the foreground, just outside the lobby doors, sits Bárbara, a homeless woman with a Christmas tree lit by battery-powered lights.
Neither the cold, the wet pavement, nor the loneliness of her situation stops her from spreading holiday cheer to those who pass by. But when the tree’s lights go out and there are no batteries to bring them back to life, Chloe decides to brighten Bárbara’s night with much more than just a few lights.
